Julia is all ready in her blue dress and apron.
I used vintage fabrics for her clothes and gave her
 a basketful of brown eggs.

  1. Oh, Miss Daphne, She is beautiful. Her clothes are awesome, and the basket of eggs are too.

  2. Daphne .... You are SO good ! who taught you how to sew ? I can see what an excellent job you do . I love her face . I love the sleeves on her dress
    Where do you sell these?
oh ... too many questions .
    She is lovely

  3. Wow...thanks for the kind comments!

I'm still in the learning and experimenting stage with these dolls and am learning to sew as I go. I got a book on making clothes for dolls and that's been a huge help. I haven't tried to sell any of the dolls yet, though I've sold my sculptures at local galleries. Eventually I'll list them on Ebay or Etsy.

  4. so you are self taught [ or God taught ! ]
I think you would do very well on Etsy .

  5. Daphne, she is just beautiful. I agree with Sandy: your dolls would be very popular on Etsy.

  6. Thanks for the encouragement. I've been working on my Etsy site and hope to have it up and running soon.
